Do your shoes fit true to size?

Yes. Please follow the measurements closely on our sizing guide, as our sizes may differ slightly than other brands.

If your child is between sizes, please choose the larger size to allow room to grow.

For our Evergreen sneakers, if you child has a high arch or wide feet, you might want to consider going one size up for greater comfort.

How do I find my child’s size?

Use our Size Guide and printable foot tracer. We recommend measuring at the end of the day when feet are largest.

Do you offer wide sizes?

Not yet. Our current lines are designed to fit most kids’ feet true to size.

Our Daybreak sneakers are designed with a slightly wider fit, so kids with wide feet can order their usual size. For our Evergreen sneakers, we recommend sizing one up if your child has wide feet.

How do I care for my SNOWYAVIS sneakers?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Are the shoes easy to put on?

Yes, our hook‑and‑loop strap and elastic lace design helps kids easily dress themselves.

Where do you ship?

We only ship across Canada. Free shipping applies to Canadian provinces only (see "Why wasn't free shipping applied during the checkout process" to learn more).

Why wasn't free shipping applied during the checkout process?

While we are pleased to offer free shipping to all residents of Canadian province, we regret to inform you that this benefit does not extend to residents of Canadian territories. If your shipping address is located in a Canadian territory, free shipping unfortunately won't be available for your order. This limitation is due to our reliance on Amazon Canada's FBA shipping service, which incurs additional charges on all deliveries to the territories.

How does the return process work?

We offer a simple and free return process for purchases made within 30 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us via hello@snowyavis.com with the title "Return Request: [ORDER ID]"

Please include the Order ID, quantity and name of the item, and reason for the return in the body of the email.

We will then reach out with a Return Mailing Label - which contains the address of the Amazon fulfillment center that will receive and process the return, and the Return Authorization Slip - which contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. Please ensure that your stick the Return Mailing Label to your package to return back to Amazon. (Note: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You must purchase and produce the return label back to Amazon.) The Return Authorization Slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.

Once we receive your returned item, we can issue you a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately cannot issue a refund if upon receiving the item, the product is deemed to be in a used/unsellable condition.

Are your materials safe?

Yes. We're proud to use non-toxic, eco-friendly materials that are certified to meet CPSIA safety standards.

I have additional discount codes beyond the automatically applied one(s) on the website. Can I stack these discounts.

Unfortunately, we don't permit stacking our discount codes. Each order can only apply one discount code to ensure fairness and consistency in our promotions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the benefits of the discount you choose to apply to your purchase.
