I'm experiencing an issue at checkout where the product is said to be unavailable in my region. How can I proceed to purchase SNOWYAVIS shoes with a US address?

For our valued customers in the United States, if you are encountering a region restriction after entering your address, we urge you to return to our homepage, scroll to the top of our webpage, and select "USD" from the dropdown menu. If you are on mobile view, please select "USD" via the menu bar (three lines) on the top left of the page or on the bottom right on the widget.

By default, our webpage will showcase our Canadian page; vice versa, if you have a Canadian address and are encountering a regional restriction, please make sure you've selected "CAD" from the top bar/mobile menu bar.

Why wasn't free shipping applied during the checkout process?

While we are pleased to offer free shipping to all residents of Canadian provinces, 48 contiguous states in the US, and Washington D.C., we regret to inform you that this benefit does not extend to residents of Canadian territories. If your shipping address is located in a Canadian territory, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, free shipping unfortunately won't be available for your order. This limitation is due to our reliance on Amazon Canada and US's FBA shipping service, which incurs additional charges on all deliveries to the territories.

How does the return process work?

We offer a simple return process for purchases made within 30 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us via hello@snowyavis.com with the title "Return Request: [ORDER ID]"

Please include the Order ID, quantity and name of the item, and reason for the return in the body of the email.

We will then reach out with a Return Mailing Label - which contains the address of the Amazon fulfillment center that will receive and process the return, and the Return Authorization Slip - which contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. Please ensure that your stick the Return Mailing Label to your package to return back to Amazon. (Note: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You must purchase and produce the return label back to Amazon.) The Return Authorization Slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.

Once we receive your returned item, we can issue you a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately cannot issue a refund if upon receiving the item, the product is deemed to be in a used/unsellable condition.

How do I care for my SNOWYAVIS sneakers?

As we utilize premium synthetic leather in our shoes, we advise against using machine washing. Instead, for proper maintenance, we recommend using a damp cloth and gentle detergent for surface cleaning. Please refrain from using harsh chemicals, as they may compromise the quality and longevity of your shoes.

I have additional discount codes beyond the automatically applied one(s) on the website. Can I stack these discounts.

Unfortunately, we don't permit stacking our discount codes. Each order can only apply one discount code to ensure fairness and consistency in our promotions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the benefits of the discount you choose to apply to your purchase.
